Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, Aishwarya Rajesh, Jyotika, Aditi Rao Hydari and Dayanna Edappa in prominent roles. Here is the exclusive Chekka Chivantha Vaanam Music Review from Starviews.

Mazhai Kuruvi

Singer: AR Rahman

Lyrics: Vairamuthu

A soft paced track that has layers of musical essence from AR Rahman with maestro himself crooning it. What’s more intriguing about the song is the ‘NATURE’ oriented lyrics from Vairamuthu, where it gets a beautiful treatment through rhyming rhythmic verses. In the beginning phase of the song, we tend to notice a sort of similarity with AR Rahman’s composition of ‘Safarnama’ from Tamaasha, but it gets into a different route sooner.  The style of rendition with some unique pattern of pronunciation makes it more appealing. Well, a version with Hariharan would be yet more soothingly amazing to hear.

Bhoomi Bhoomi

Singer: Shakthi Shree

Lyrics: Vairamuthu

Just the metal guitars had the nuance of keeping us adhered to it that we heard over the trailer. Now it gets us into the addiction mode through the full length sound track in Bhoomi Bhoomi. This is purely an international styled number, where it gives a feel of travelling from the abyss origin to the peak towards skies. Check out for the instrumentals that AR Rahman encompasses giving the best clarity to the voice of Shakthi Sree. The powerful lyrics just offer us an enthralling experience. Just go for the song through the perfect surround speakers and you’ll get the best of experience. More than all, it’s EMOTIONAL aspects through the lyrics that steals the attention.
