Dhanush gives 5Cr profit to producers at pre-production stage
National award winning producer-actor Dhanush is keeping his fingers crossed with his International movie ‘The Extraordinary Journey of a Fakir’. With the promotions happening on full swing across different parts of the world, the actor is simultaneously shooting for his upcoming film ‘Maari 2’ as well. He will be kick-starting his next directorial in August, which is produced by Sri Thenandal Films. Apparently, it is reported to be a huge project, where the big names of Indian film industry are involved.
Recently, interacting on this, Dhanush has said, “I have learnt a lot about production planning while working in ‘The Extraordinary Journey of a Fakir’. One thing that every project demands desperately is a perfect pre-planning. I have been working on pre-production for my next directorial for past one year. Moreover, many in my team would often make joke on me saying why is that I am bothered about detailing now, which can be rectified at shooting. But my point is ‘Every Second is Money’ on the shooting spot. My directorial next has a budget of 100Cr and we are trying to compress it to 70Cr. By this pre-production, we have already managed to keep 5Cr profit on table for producers.”
Wow! This is really unbelievable, where we find that producers have incurred a profit of 5Cr right at the pre-production stage as well.
The shooting of this film will start in August 2018.
